Rhea Wong

Stephanie and I hosted our first ABL dinner in 2018 in my Brooklyn apartment. Since then, our community has grown to over 160 women who come together to share resources, ideas and connections. My entire career has been devoted to helping people to fulfill their potential.

Stephanie Lai

My mom was an original Asian Boss Lady. She left everyone she knew & loved to immigrate to a new country, but found her voice and her way. To this day, she lives life on her terms and doesn’t let anyone intimidate her. It took some time for me to claim what my mom created for herself, but once I found it, I needed to be surrounded by others who radiated strength, courage, action and generosity. Rhea and I created Asian Boss Ladies to gather these incredible women to support, guide and mobilize one another to bring about the social change we seek.
